Exercise

We offer weekly small group therapy classes on Mondays 2-3pm and Pilates Group classes both Thursdays and Fridays, 9-10am.

Exercises are adaptable for all neurological conditions/abilities and ALL are welcome. Enjoy small class sizes and close attention from our highly trained physiotherapists and exercise physiologists in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

 

Learn something new with an Exercise of the Week, test yourself with weekly challenges and track your improvement session to session. All ability and fitness levels welcome – exercises are easily adaptable to your needs. Make your health a priority this year and come smash some goals with us! Group sessions can be funded by NDIA, LTCS, iCARE and Workers Compensation!
